2. Description of Service

FixMyAIRank.com provides a free, automated AI visibility research and analysis service for businesses. Upon submitting your company information and competitor URLs via our request form, we generate a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) report ("Report") and deliver it to your email address.

The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers or modify the Service at any time, with reasonable notice to users.

3. Not Professional Advice — No Client Relationship Created

The Service and all Reports are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional marketing advice, SEO consulting, legal advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional services.

Specifically:

  • No professional relationship is created by submitting a request form, receiving a Report, or using the Service.
  • The relationship with Tangyslice Collective LLC remains non-professional.
  • Reports are not recommendations but rather informational snapshots from automated analysis.
  • You should independently evaluate findings and consult professionals before major decisions.
  • Results will vary as AI visibility depends on factors beyond the company's control.

4. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be using the Service for business or professional purposes.
  • Provide accurate and complete information when submitting a research request.
  • Have the legal authority to submit information about the companies and competitor websites you include in your request.

The Service is not intended for personal, household, or consumer use.

5. User Responsibilities

5.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in your submission. You represent that you have the right to submit the company name, website URLs, and competitor URLs you provide, and that doing so does not violate any third party's rights.

5.2 Competitor URL Submissions

By submitting competitor URLs, you represent that you have a legitimate business purpose for requesting competitive analysis of those URLs and that you understand Reports reflect publicly available data only. You agree not to use Reports in any manner that could constitute unfair competition, defamation, or misrepresentation of any third-party company. Tangyslice Collective LLC bears no responsibility for how you use competitive information contained in your Report.

5.3 Permitted Use

You may use Reports generated by the Service for your own internal business purposes, including marketing strategy, competitive analysis, and SEO planning. You may not:

  • Resell, sublicense, or distribute Reports as a standalone commercial product without prior written consent.
  • Use the Service to generate Reports for building a competing research product or service.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

5.4 No Unauthorized Access

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, its infrastructure, or related systems.

6. Disclaimer Regarding Competitor and Third-Party Data

Reports may contain information about third-party companies (including your competitors) derived from publicly available sources. You acknowledge that:

  • Competitor assessments are based on publicly available data at the time of report generation and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate.
  • The company makes no representations or warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party information in Reports.
  • AI visibility scores, entity estimates, and competitive assessments in Reports are approximations.
  • Tangyslice Collective LLC is not responsible for errors or omissions in third-party data.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content and Platform

The Service, including its software, design, branding, methodology, and all content produced (excluding your Report data), is owned by Tangyslice Collective LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7.2 Your Reports

Reports generated using your submitted information are provided for your business use. You retain ownership of the company-specific data and insights contained in your Report. However, the company retains the right to use aggregated, anonymized, and de-identified data from Reports for research, product development, and improving the Service.

7.3 Your Submissions

By submitting information through the Service, you grant the company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that information to provide the Service and as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Data Use for Research

The company may use information collected through the Service — including submissions and data contained in generated Reports — for internal research purposes, including analyzing AI visibility trends, developing benchmarks, and improving research methodology. Any such research will use aggregated or de-identified data and will not identify individual users or companies without express written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party tools and APIs to gather publicly available data and generate Reports, including web search services and AI language models. These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies. The company is not responsible for the practices of any third-party service providers, including any AI models used in report generation.

Report content may include information about third-party companies derived from publicly available sources. The company makes no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of such third-party data.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL REPORTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

In particular, you acknowledge that:

  • Reports are generated using automated tools and AI models and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
  • AI visibility scores, entity estimates, and competitive assessments in Reports are approximations.
  • The company does not guarantee that using the Service or implementing observations will result in improved search rankings, AI citations, or business outcomes.
  • The Service may be interrupted, discontinued, or altered at any time without notice.
  • Findings may become outdated shortly after generation.

11. Limitation of Liability

TANGYSLICE COLLECTIVE LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

The company's total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100. Because the Service is currently free, this limit will typically be USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not fully apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tangyslice Collective LLC and its owners, members, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) information you submit to the Service; (d) your use or misuse of any Report, including any reliance on Report findings for business decisions; or (e) your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Force Majeure

Tangyslice Collective LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, internet outages, third-party API failures or changes, AI platform policy changes, cyberattacks, government actions, or other events outside reasonable control. The company will make reasonable efforts to resume the Service as soon as practicable.

14. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy, available at fixmyairank.com/privacy. The Privacy Policy explains how the company collects, uses, and shares your personal data and your rights with respect to that data.

15. Modifications to the Service and Terms

The company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, users will be notified by posting the updated Terms on the website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after the revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.

The company also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Massachusetts in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for claims involving intellectual property or unauthorized access.

For EU/UK users: Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection or data protection laws, including your rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tangyslice Collective LLC regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
